The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of properties to produce natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs) from underground reservoirs. It owns a large portfolio of onshore United States (U.S.) unconventional natural gas assets, including interests in approximately 5,000 natural gas wells.
The Company's natural gas resource plays are Marcellus Shale in the northern Appalachian Basin in Pennsylvania (Marcellus) and the Haynesville/Bossier Shales in northwestern Louisiana (Haynesville)..
